A global industrial materials manufacturer is searching for an experienced Operations Leader.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategic plans, policies, and procedures
* Establish and maintain effective financial policies
* Ensure the effective performance of corporate administrative support functions
* Supervise and coordinate personnel, ensuring optimal performance
* Establish and maintain effective communication and professional business relations with Japanese Governmental departments, trade organizations, and other business contacts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred
* 5+ years' progressive experience as an operations leader/director
* In-depth industry knowledge, including production, research & development, sales, and required support activities
* Basic knowledge of business support functions, including human resources, information technology, accounting, and finance
