- In this role you’ll be looking over receptionist and general affairs duties for one of their main clients, multinational IT company. Responsible for reception and delivery room, as well as security card and adhoc support.

- Customer service mindset, top notch hospitality skills. - Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Japanese and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant or a receptionist.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and flexible.
