A subsidiary of a global manufacturing group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a biopharma or life sciences background.Responsibilities:
* Support the creation and management of sales, marketing and other budgets
* Build relationships with leading biopharma higher education institutions in the assigned region
* Oversee and support individual sales projects and ensure that data collected is correct and confirm proper equipment match early in the sales process
* Train the biopharma sales staff in the industry expertise
* Conduct periodical market analyses to gain understanding on changing business conditions
* Assist in developing, capturing, processing and tracking of sales leads
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
* 5 years' experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry and/or pump solution and biopharma market
* Competency in Microsoft Office software
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Skills in technical problem solving within the hygienic hemp industry preferred
* Availability to travel for business (up to 50% of work time)
