An international e-commerce and cloud computing company is hiring for a Recruiter for the International Consumer team with some relevant experience.Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with the hiring teams, build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches, manage customer and/or partner expectations
* Recruit passive candidates and make placements for candidates who are a good match with available roles and the company
* Through proactive market research, build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future in-depth interview of prospects
* Propose any new ideas and implement strategies for improving the quality and volume of recruitment
* Conduct candidate interviews
* Participate in special projects and initiatives including assessment of best interviewing practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level position openings
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' experience in progressive corporate recruiting or firm recruiting
* Experience in executing recruiting strategy including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing and interview process management
* Competency in MS Office software
* Advanced proficiency in Japanese; Business level English
