Our group is looking for an MD Assistant to aid the Merchandising Team to manage all the requests of stores and to do proper allocation of merchandises in the Japan network.JOIN AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN PARIS BUYING TRIPS
Assist the Merchandising Team to manage all the requests of stores and to do proper allocation of merchandises in the Japan network.
Main Responsibilities:
-Prepare reports on product performance and inventory level
-Prepare sales analysis and sell-thru reports for seasonal buying session
-Allocate the merchandise and arrange delivery to stores according to buying strategy
-Prepare collection information for stores and assist in product training and workshops
- Implement the planning of cycle count of stores and follow the movements of related stock
- Ensure the delivery of the goods between Paris HQ, Logistics supplier and stores
- Implement the MD allocation and replenishment on the network
- Guarantee the proper procedure of stock movements (the receipt of the goods and transfer between stores)

Education: University degree or higher
Native level Japanese and Business level English
3-5 years of Merchandising Assistant experience
Retail Assistant experience would be a plus
Excellent communication skills
Customer Focus, Drive for Results and Efficiency
