A global investment management firm is seeking an experienced marketing professional for a Head of Marketing position.Responsibilities:
* Manage marketing staff, provide training, hire personnel, and review performance
* Develops marketing strategies and business cases to help support business growth in Japan
* Develop all creative marketing and communication tools for the Japan business
* Support the prospecting process and the development of international leads
* Participate in product development to ensure new products and enhancements meet client needs
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local industry trends, developments, and regulatory issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; graduate degree in Marketing preferred
* 10+ years' marketing experience
* Experience working with distributors in marketing activities
* Knowledge of investments, mutual funds, and investment marketing
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
