A global supplier of connectivity solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional for the role of Country Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies, company targets and budget, based on market research on customers, competitors, end users and channel partners
* Develop new accounts in the defined markets in assigned region for new business growth
* Report on funnel opportunity management, revenue forecasts, account plans, progress of initiatives and status of relationships
* Prepare detailed monthly forecast for the Japan market
* Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among sales, engineering and manufacturing teams
* Set individual team priorities goals, objectives and administer performance and salary review on an annual basis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related discipline
* 10+ years' experience in sales and marketing management in the industrial automation, enterprise connectivity or a similar industry
* Business level English
* Ability to travel for business (up to 50% of working time)
* Experience in project management, channel management and distributor management
