A global specialty chemicals organization is seeking a HR Plant Manager to supervise all HR functions at an assigned plant.Responsibilities:
* Manage all HR activities on assigned plant site including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits
* Lead training to enhance skill levels and effectiveness of the workforce at the plant
* Implement local compensation systems and processes to attract, retain and motivate employees
* Manage employee relations by promoting open communication and positivity in the workplace
* Manage HRMIS and payroll functions at the local plant and enforce compliance with the global system and local pay practices
* Coach and develop direct report employees
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 7+ years' experience in HR roles
* Knowledge in HR functions, especially in staffing, employee relations and compensation and benefits administration
* Knowledge of HRIS systems
* HR experience at plants and/or in the manufacturing industries preferred
