An established global leader in banking and financial services is hiring for a Recruitment Specialist with prior recruiting experience.Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and Operations teams, arrange interviews, room bookings leader attendance and paperwork
* Coordinate assessments and final hiring decisions, track results
* Ensure timely posting of jobs in line with hiring schedules and accuracy of job descriptions
* Be in charge of the offer process with candidates between acceptance of job offers and start dates, in collaboration with GTA
* Assist in the creation of candidate sourcing strategies
Requirements:
* Experience in recruiting with competency-based interviewing
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Experience working with different cultures and hiring in a multi- language, multicultural environment
* Experience with high-volume or class hiring recruitment is ideal
