A well-known international retailer of home furnishings and accessories is seeking an HR Director to lead HR initiatives.Responsibilities:
* Recruit shop staff in accordance with store development plan
* Establish local work policies and routines which support the company's agenda
* Assist in and ensure the selection of appropriate top quality local partners
* Support General Manager in management of costs and the business model
* Retain talents and grow employee engagement
* Offer training to reinforce company culture, achieve strong performance and strengthen customer service quality at stores
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 7+ years' experience in HR
* 5+ years' experience in HR management, preferably in a retail business
* Strong knowledge of Japanese fashion and small leather goods businesses
* Verbal and written fluency in both Japanese and English
