A world leading financial company is looking for a new Talent & Diversity & Inclusion Advisor. The individual in this role will work with HR to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to meet company objectives. This position will also oversee learning and development programs for internal clients.
仕事内容
A world leading financial company is looking for a new Talent & Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.
Responsibilities:

* Work with HR, talent management, diversity, and business unit teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs as well as talent development programs
* Cooperate with HR, diversity, campus, and talent acquisition teams to analyse workforce data to support the development and execution of recruitment, talent retention, and talent development initiatives
* Communicate talent development needs with HR and recommend talent development solutions in alignment with the company's business goals
* Manage training vendors and evaluate the effectiveness of trainers for programs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* 8+ years of corporate work experience
* Experience with diversity programs in both an academic and corporate setting
* Understanding of current best practices in diversity and inclusion as well as talent development
* Learning and development or organizational development experience is a plus
* High level proficiency in Japanese and English
