A pharmaceutical company is looking for a new Business Controls Function Manager.Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships with the global team and monitor and maximize performance
* Perform detailed financial, operational, compliance, and fraud risk management while cooperating with senior management
* Submit a quarterly Foreign Corrupt Practices Act review regarding disbursements and travel and entertainment reimbursements
* Support SOX auditing activities including changes in internal control reporting, facilitation management sub-certification, and SOX deficiency assessments
* Occasionally support the legal and compliance team during investigations
* Assist the country lead as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* CPA, CMA, CFE, or CIA certification
* ERP and SAP proficiency
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
