An international automotive components and equipment manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Supervisor with work experience at a manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily financial operations of a Shanghai-based division and general ledger operations for a legal entity
* Oversee accounts payable and financial reporting processes by communicating expectations to internal teams and ensure timely submission of information for accurate reporting
* Ensure proper consolidation of periodical financial closing activities and adherence to accounting standards
* Conduct internal and external audit
* Manage operational internal controls and risks
* Manage fixed assets, banking transactions, working capital and cash
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline
* 8+ years' experience in finance and/or accounting at a manufacturing company
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Experience with Hyperion, QAD or other ERP preferred
