◆Position Summary
Responsibilities: Logistics is responsible for planning and executing Supply Chain Optimization actions. It will be your job to maintain high level of services to support the company’s day-to-day operations and implementing supply chain innovations to enhance business. You will also need to propose new KPI controls to allow the company to clearly see its current situation and set short to mid-term goals.
◆Key Accountabilities:
• Provides coaching and mentoring to staff under his/her direction
• Provides guidance in the planning and organization of the work of the direct employees as well as monitors activities and productivity of account managers and technical service representatives
• Constantly makes sure his/her team is adequate to achieve company objectives and perform assigned duties and responsibilities, both in terms of number and capabilities
• Performs other duties as position requires.

◆Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position：
• 5+ years of experience in logistics & supply chain or similar position (ideally in medical
device industry)
• People management experience
• Systems proficient (Microsoft Office & SAP preferred)
• University degree
• Native level Japanese and Business level English
• Strategic and analytically minded
• Great communication skills for both external and internal stakeholders

- 年収・給与

【想定年収】1,000万円以上 1,300万円以下 ※ご経験に応じて設定いたします。
年俸の90%を12ヵ月で割り月々支給、残りの10%を業績賞与として3月に支給。
【手当など】出張時の:宿泊費、交通費、食事代は社内規定有。社有車、携帯電話、PC貸与
