An international energy provider is looking to hire a new Manager of Sales & Marketing with account management experience.Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales and marketing team by setting team and individual objectives for team members
* Communicate behavioral and achievement expectations for team members
* Review performance monthly and offer coaching and develop solutions for minimizing gaps
* Plan and allocate team resources
* Define and analyze reports based on performance and KPIs in presentations to the executive management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in personnel management
* 8+ years' working experience, including 3+ years' of sales and/or account management experience
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications
* Business level English preferred
