A global branding agency is looking to hire a Branding Director/Manager with financial and team management skills.Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure on-time, high-quality and on-budget delivery of projects to clients
* Lead the branding team members in achieving targets, client requirements, talent development and identifying new business opportunities
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain positive professional relationships with clients
* Lead and attend brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorming sessions and strategic deliverable development sessions
* Create new business opportunities outside of existing client relationships; research prospective clients' backgrounds, industry trends, organizational structure, business objectives and competitors
* Manage finance and budgets for client projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA preferred
* 7+ years' experience in a branding consultancy, advertisement agency or business consultancy in team leader or client leadership roles
* Understanding and skills in financial goal setting and budget management for the team and the company
