A multinational medical devices company is looking for a Principal Training Specialist to help design and implement training programs.Responsibilities:
* Manage the classroom environment and adapt an instructional style that caters to a variety of audiences
* Participate in and/or help conduct training sessions
* Maintain relationships and communications with learning program participants
* Administer learning evaluations and assessments to ensure targeted levels of effectiveness and impact of learning programs
* Ensure content is delivered as designed and make specific recommendations to curriculum and portfolio managers to continually improve the global content and design
* Support new learning program design and development initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree also preferred
* 7+ years' related business/facilitation experience
* Experience with adult classroom training and facilitation
* Experience delivering leadership development learning and programs
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
