A world renowned luxury goods company is searching for a Business Planning and Control Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop brand growth strategies and business plans
* Produce financial forecasts in accordance with HQ's requirements
* Create seasonal purchasing budget proposals
* Conduct market and financial analysis to verify the validity of seasonal sales targets and the effectiveness of expenses
* Ensure compliance to regulations by leading business monitoring, reviewing financial reporting, and heading the internal and external auditing processes
* Manage the logistics & customer officers, promoting talent development and team building
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 7+ years' experience in finance
* Management experience
* Financial experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
* CPA is a plus
* Native level Japanese; Business level English
