A leading provider of marketing and distribution services is now hiring for a Business Development Manager with a background in insurance consulting.Responsibilities:
* Define new business schemes and business models enabling innovation in the insurance industry
* Analyze market opportunities and develop business plans, lead the new business model proof-of-concepts and test marketing
* Develop and acquire new business clients account among Japanese insurance companies
* Maintain profitable client relationships and exceed growth plan targets
* Lead and encourage direct reports to understand and achieve key strategic objectives and KPIs
* Ensure compliance to relevant corporate policies and local regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* MBA preferred
* 3+ years' experience in business development, sales or marketing
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Experience working at consultancy firms for the insurance industry or internal consulting functions within insurance companies
