A multinational property investment company is searching for an Accountant with some relevant experience.Responsibilities:
* Supervise general accounting processes, revenue and billing cycle and reconcile receipts to accounts receivable records
* Monitor the balances of intercompany accounts and arrange intercompany fund transfers with the finance team in Hong Kong and/or UK
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecast, annual budget, long-term strategic plans,
* Prepare and submit quarterly financial reporting to Hong Kong finance team
* Support annual audits for Japanese branch and SPCs
* Process tax filings and arrange tax payments
Requirements:
* 3+ years' relevant work experience
* Knowledge of applicable accounting principles, legislations and statutory requirements in Japan
* Business level proficiency in English
* Competency in Microsoft Office software, database systems, accounting applications
* CPA certification is a plus
* Knowledge in IFRS, SPC accounting is a plus
