An international agricultural company is searching for a new Head of Life Science.Responsibilities:
* Stay up to date on company strategy and projects in order to have a clear understanding and alignment and provide strategies and leaderships to meat company goals
* Create a business plan for the solutions team
* Use expertise on the market and competitor activities to support the activities of the sales team and head of portfolio management
* Drive branding and marketing activities such as market mapping, local exhibitions, country marketing, marketing materials and developing product development capacity
* Manage sales forecasting and days sales outstanding
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or science or equivalent qualification
* 10+ years' experience in chemical or related industry
* Team management and planning experience
* Customer relationship management experience
* Financial analysis skills
* Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
