【年収800万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Design system architecture encompassing the company's products as well as various third-party applications
* Provide infrastructure support for server installations and troubleshooting
* Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape ideal solutions
* Participate and lead infrastructure workshops during the post-sales phase
* Escalate tickets to the Infrastructure Support team
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience with network protocols, administration, and security
* Strong knowledge of cloud based infrastructure security
* Experience creating server cluster architectures
* Ability to work in a cloud based or hosting environment
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
