- A global leader in footwear and accessories is searching for an experienced executive for the role of E-Commerce Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing an online business strategy to maximize the sales and profit through their websites.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing an online business strategy to maximize the sales and profit through their websites.Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop business strategy to maximize sales and gross profit through e-commerce sites and other online sales
* Identify areas of improvement, optimization and cost saving and report to the management
* Prepare and implement e-commerce season plan; prepare analysis of performance and utilize the results to drive business
* Manage e-commerce site to ensure its content and settings are well maintained in timely manner
* Work with the Operations/Customer Service team to assist customers with their inquiries
* Monitor and analyze trends and historical data to identify risks and opportunities and present plans for further improvement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' e-commerce experience
* Good understanding of sales & distribution in the retail/fashion industry
* Excellent oral & written communication skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 750+)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop preferred
