A global pharmaceutical company is hiring for an Ethics and Compliance Officer with experience working in the healthcare industry.Responsibilities:
* Support global training initiatives and ensure local training requirements are delivered effectively
* Advise senior management on corporate, business unit, global function, local policies and pragmatic solutions for implementation
* Develop compliance solutions engaging with global support functions at both global and regional level
* Implement compliance program standards and raining by translating global requirements into local actions and initiatives
* Serve as a change leader for best practices and standardization to simplify existing business practices
* Initiate and facilitate discussion of relevant significant risks and ensure consistent reporting of issues and conclusions of risks among the senior management members of the company
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related discipline
* Experience in compliance, legal and/or internal control in a global pharmaceutical or healthcare organization
* Ability to maintain confidentiality around compliance issues
* Strong understanding of compliance standards in the healthcare market
