-Manage the monthly and quarterly financial forecast process by working closely with key team members to gather operational business information
-Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company’s annual operating plan
-Develop, refine and implement tools and processes for tracking financial targets and identifying issues
-Provide customer, product, brand/marketing profitability analysis, track results and make recommendations to the commercial team.
-Collaborate with the Accounting team on the month end close process in line with HQ deadlines.
-Thorough analysis of variances vs. forecast, budget, and prior year including price/volume analysis and gross margin bridges

- 必須

-Minimum 5+ years related financial experience in a global or top brand Japanese company
-Strong understanding of US GAAP
-English and Japanese proficiency is required
-Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience from a global company, providing guidance and financial expertise as a business leader
