A leading international software organization is seeking a Sales Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of the organization's sales planning and forecasting tools, strategies, and analysis to support the sales organization in achieving its revenue goals
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated sales forecasting systems, trend reporting, and analysis
* Oversee the development of commission/incentive award payments
* Work with the global sales operations tem and HR to create a sustainable development plan for sales representatives and sales management
* Work with sales management teams to assess current and proposed quotas and territory alignments
* Analyze sales performance reports to determine sales force sizing and structure
* Manage logistics services across multiple offices in Japan
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* 5+ years' management experience in a billing, order processing, or customer service environment
* 7+ years' sales experience in an international technology company, including experience as a sales operations manager for Japan
* Proficiency in CRM systems
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
