仕事内容: A globally respected manufacturing company is searching for a new Mergers and Acquisitions professional.
Responsibilities:

* Analyse the real estate market and consolidate data relevant to key assets and transactions
* Conduct assessment of land plots, civil infrastructures, and zoning regulations
* Maintain communications with land-lords and negotiate contracts in Japanese language
* Manage relationships with stakeholders, external contractors, brokers, and consultants
* Ensure that the project schedule, budget, objectives and compliance regulations are all satisfied
* Create reporting documents and give presentations to project committees

Requirements:

* Experience in real estate appraisal or design
* Basic knowledge of Japanese contract law relevant to real estate contracts
* Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent); business level English
