An IT and software solutions company is looking for the Regional Sales Director with consultative sales experience.Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of software product sales representatives and manage technical resources to prospect, attain, grow and maintain business
* Build a sustainable product sales pipeline to maintain and expand clientele
* Prepare and submit territory planning and weekly sales reports
* Map buyers and buying influences, identify key customers and buyer priorities
* Input and document all data including customers' and accounts' contact information, demographics and potential sales
* Attend periodical meetings and develop expertise in the company's software products and competitors
Requirements:
* Skills in customer service, sales closing
* Experience in team management, consultative sales, account management and sales cycle management
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
