This is a core marketing role to build and advance the consumer marketing capability of the company by working directly with our marketed brands and creative agency partners as well as leading a team of highly capable marketing professionals.

A trusted supplier of pharmaceutical solutions and high quality pharmaceutical products is seeking a Multichannel Engagement Lead Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support the company's direction of providing positive customer experiences and developing multichannel communications
* Lead brand teams in identifying customer insights by working with market research and creative agency partners, guide brand teams in selecting of target consumer segments, development of patient journeys, defining the brands' critical success factors
* Lead the development of consumer messages and development of creative platform and channel tactics, ensuring that all consumer marketing tactics are insight-based and media plans aligned to customer behaviors and needs
* Monitor and review performance of marketing tactics
* Review all consumer-related tactic beliefs, estimates and timelines and assist teams to evaluate tactics versus creative beliefs
* Work with brand teams to track and manage budget for consumer-targeting initiatives, suggest alternatives for budget trade-offs decisions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years' experience in marketing, especially consumer-related marketing strategy and tactic development
* Expertise in attitudes, beliefs, behaviors of consumers and key influencers
* Verbal and written proficiency in English
* Experience with agency management, managing creative agencies and vendors
* Knowledge and ability of channels or tactics, including measurement and optimization
