A supplier of electronic instruments has a new opening for the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have general HR and recruiting experience.Responsibilities:
* Communicate with hiring managers to understand requirement for each job opening, collect necessary information including job descriptions
* Recruit talents via direct, indirect sourcing, newspaper ads, social media, agencies and employee referrals
* Prepare offer letters, salary proposals and other documents as needed
* Provide functional support in C&B, T&D, employee relations and compliance
* Assist HR Manager in maintenance and updating of data in the HR information systems (HRIS)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 5+ years' experience in general HR
* 3+ years' experience in recruiting
* Japanese; English
* Experience in training, HR programs, the high-tech or manufacturing industry is a plus
