An international automotive industry leader is seeking for an experienced Program Management professional to join its team as a role of Sales & Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage the sales & engineering team and seeking for business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
仕事内容
An international automotive industry leader is seeking for an experienced Program Management professional to join its team.
Responsibilities:

* Seek for business opportunities on a regional scale
* Evaluate projects through market research, planning, and its international impact on the business
* Visit customers to discuss potential platforms or current projects
* Project yearly sales on all parts sold to customer and develop long range sales forecast Develop and implement business growth strategies
* Oversee planning and project timetable to ensure timely submission and within budget

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
* 10+ years' program management experience
* Automotive industry experience is a must
* Experience with application of APQP principles
* Knowledge in the plastic processing and plastic product design
* Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 880+)
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
