International manufacturing firm, head quartered in US. Currently expanding their business in Japan due to increase in demand for their high performance products.
Your new role
Responsibilities including overseas visitors reception, travel arrangement and diary management for senior executives, office management, and adhoc administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have at least 3 years of working experience as an administrative assistant, business level English and native Japanese proficiency is a must. Great team player and communication skills are required as well.
