A global legal firm is searching for a new Practice Development Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Maintain a strong knowledge of key partners and practice groups including their strategy, priorities, and clients in the Tokyo office
* Plan and oversee client events such as teleconferences, webinars, conferences, meetings, pitches, and client presentations
* Work together with the communications team to promote the firm in the local market and conduct research to discover new marketing opportunities
* Develop and localize various marketing materials in Japanese and English
* Manage information sharing between all practice groups
* Work with the current Practice Development Specialist as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2+ years' experience in a large Japanese law firm or corporation
* Ability to function in a Japanese workplace
* Willingness and ability to travel
* Fluent Japanese; Fluent English
