A large, international consumer electronics company has a job opening for the HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Leads, delivers and monitors key HR operations
* Leads, implements HR projects and execute them to completion
* Consult business partner on all employment issues
* Offer advice and guidance to managers and employees on matters including company policies, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning and compensation
* Enforce compliance of all HR function with corporate HR strategies and policies
* Act as the point of contact for the Harman University
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist
* Experience in managing HR programs and project leadership
* HR in a multinational organization preferred
* Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors and/or SAP
