A global industrial manufacturer is searching for a Finance, HR, and Administration Manager to provide assistance to the General Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide internal and external stakeholders with accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
* Ensure proper and complete bookkeeping, including cashbook, journals, and general ledger records
* Control capital investments by performing cost-benefit analysis and preparing CAPEX requests
* Ensure compliance with the branch and legal requirements on all HR and administrative issues
* Review monthly payroll preparations for accuracy and ensure compliance with all relevant taxation and local employment regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree and/or CPA qualification is a plus
* 5+ years' experience as a senior finance leader
* Experience in IFRS and corporate governance
* Strong leadership and people management experience
* Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
