A multinational organization that specializes in energy and automation solutions is hiring for the CFO.Responsibilities: * Supervise, implement and execute internal control procedures and processes, including segregation of duties (SoD), chart of authorities (CoA) * Ensure that all contracts follow the solution risk management (SRM) guidelines and insurance policies are in line with the corporate instructions * Enforce compliance with local law and tax regulations * Provide support for transactional business, systems business profitability and acceleration for field services via right investments * Simplify finance and accounting processes, reduce paper flows via digitization * Train and develop the finance team, ensure team communication within Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related discipline * Experience as a finance head at a top company, a deputy financer head at a large multinational company * Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English; business level Japanese is a plus * Experience with ERP, preferably Oracle and SAP * Working knowledge in statutory requirements and tax regulations * Competency in managing a large team
