Join a world-famous luxury conglomerate in a role of Formulator to lead and deliver their product development project. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate for cosmetics and new technology and must have at least 3 years' of formulation of make-up products.
仕事内容
Join a world-famous luxury conglomerate in a role of Formulator to lead and deliver their product development project.
Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver assigned formula development project
* Provide technical support for global projects
* Monitor & analyse the new competitive technologies in Asia market and find opportunities to apply the learning to own technology
* Provide feedback of assessment to management and counterparts in R&D
* Provide QA support when requested by regional QA
* Guarantee feedback on design and full assessment of quality problems identified in Asia markets to allow continuous improvement of formulation designing and package compatibility

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' of experience in formulation of make-up
* Scientific/technical knowledge in colour and make-up ingredients
* Good knowledge of cosmetic market
* Native level Japanese; strong oral & written communication skill in English (TOEIC 700 or above)
* Competency in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PPT)
