仕事内容: A prestigious luxury conglomerate is searching for an experienced formulator for their Skin Care business. Propose innovative ideas and apply to own
Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver assigned formula development
* Collaborate Central R&D and local sub-contractors
* Propose and pursue new technology for skincare to management and counterparts
* Provide data and prototypes at project decision points and manage the development schedule
* Provide technical support for global projects
* Monitor & analyse the new competitive technologies in Asia market and find opportunities to apply the learning to own technology
* Provide QA support when requested by regional QA
* Guarantee feedback on design and full assessment of quality problems identified in Asia markets to allow continuous improvement of formulation designing and package compatibility

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' of experience in formulation of Skin Care products
* Scientific/technical knowledge in skin mechanism and skin care ingredients
* Native level Japanese; strong oral & written communication skill in English (TOEIC 700 or above)
* Competency in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PPT)
