A major international automotive group is searching for an HR Management Support Staff with basic knowledge of the HR life cycle.Responsibilities:
* Manage offer letter creation and contract documentation process
* Manage the onboarding process and HR data for new employees
* Deliver effective and efficient recruitment administrative services to other HR departments to maximize efficiency
* Analyze existing processes, identify potential improvements, propose changes, and implement new processes
* Ensure accurate interpretation of the personnel policies and manual to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of the HR life cycle, labor law, and social insurance
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access; knowledge of MS SharePoint also preferred
* HR system development experience preferred
* Native level Japanese; business level English
