A global industrial computer hardware manufacturer is recruiting an experienced Field Service Engineer to assume responsibility for technical inquiries and support both internally and externally. This is a great opportunity to expand your career in one of fast-growing international companies.
仕事内容
A global industrial computer hardware manufacturer is recruiting an experienced Field Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:

* Respond & take actions to technical inquiries from customers
* Proposal preparation and presentation of product proposal
* Provide technical support for internal departments
* Assessment support at customer development stage
* Provide troubleshooting and analysis

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3 years of working experience as an engineer in the hardware industry such as; hardware development/ electronic circuit analysis, technical support for implementation of server, network applications, etc.
* Experience in an international environment is a plus
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); intermediate business English to understand technical documentations
