An experienced human resources professional is needed at a leading provider of travel security services for the role of HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
* Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
* Implement competitive compensation/incentive programs and benefit plans
* Drive the annual performance management process, set objectives, and conduct mid-year and year-end reviews
* Implement appropriate learning & development programs defined by the learning needs of the organization
* Handle real estate and facilities management for the Japan office in collaboration with the General Affairs Executive
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; HR-related qualification(s) would be a plus
* 8+ years' HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
* Experience in a foreign multinational corporation in Japan preferred
* Knowledge of local labor laws, current HR trends, and best practices
* Ability and willingness to travel overseas
* Native level Japanese; verbal and written English proficiency
