An international automotive components manufacturer is now looking for a Finance Manager with accounting experience.Responsibilities: * Manage periodical bookkeeping and closing processes, assist manufacturing plant with bookkeeping, closing and cost accounting * Prepare and submit financial reporting with variance analysis for actual vs. budget and forecast * Perform financial analyses such as CAPEX and assessments for new investments, respond to internal and external audits * Process project cost allocation to overseas operations, documentation of accounting policies and procedure, payments to employees and service providers * Settle internal transactions with foreign group companies Requirements: * 7+ years' experience in accounting or finance, bookkeeping and closing * Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English * Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS * Experience in budgeting, actual and forecast, variance analysis * Competency in ERP, Microsoft Office suite * Availability to travel for work and attending conference calls at night
