A leading commercial vehicle manufacturer is seeking a candidate with a financial accounting experience to join their finance team as Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and J-GAAP
* Be the owner of specific financial areas relevant to the Company, and liaise with other departments and counterparts as necessary
* Interface with external & internal auditors
* Lead accounting/IT related ad hoc projects as required
* Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and other related defined corporate guidelines
* Lead, train, motivate and promote assigned staff members based on target agreements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 4+ years' working experience in a financial accounting function
* Experience in leading accounting closing
* Japanese CPA is a plus
* Strong oral & written communication skills in English and Japanese
