A multinational mega financial services company has an open position for the Client Service Administration staff.Responsibilities:
* Work with client advisors to translate research and marketing materials, fund-related documents into Japanese
* Prepare periodical servicing reports as per request by investors while collaborating with the US and Japan reporting teams
* Ensure all documents and materials are reviewed in accordance with the FSA's and local regulatory requirements
* Assist the client advisors and other internal teams in organization of client events
* Follow up on client meetings with the client advisors, manage and update client database
* Develop knowledge on clients and the industry to be aware of competitors' moves
Requirements:
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* IT literacy in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access
* Multitasking skills
