A multinational contract research organization (CRO) is in search of an HR Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Liaise between employees, other departments, and vendors to resolve issues
* Monitor, maintain, and process HR-related information in internal HR systems and databases/files
* Facilitate compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor regulations
* Oversee the development of direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, evaluating and monitoring training needs, creating development plans, mentoring, and coaching
* Manage successful performance and implementation of assigned HR projects (e.g. employment records, benefit programs, performance and compensation management, recruitment, payroll, HR systems & functionality, etc.)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in HR administration/generalist roles, preferably in a drug development environment
* Line management or mentoring experience preferred
* Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software as well as HRIS or other relevant software
* Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese
