A global chemical manufacturer known for high-grade silicone and resin is looking for a Business Development Manager with a background in Chemistry.Responsibilities:
* Conduct market survey and select target customers
* Research organizations and individuals in automotive electronics and related markets to identify new leads and potential growth opportunities
* Initiate contact with prospective customers to establish rapport and schedule meetings
* Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
* Consult customers for requests and communicate with internal application engineers and/or development chemists to provide the right products for customers
* Provide support to customers in cases of quality issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
* 5+ year' experience in automotive electronics market
* Knowledge of automotive application and capabilities to lead technical discussion with customers
