A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an individual with a strong compliance background for the role of Health Care Compliance Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing the health care compliance program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with the company's related internal guidelines, local laws & regulations, and anti corruption laws.
仕事内容
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an individual with a strong compliance background for the role of Health Care Compliance Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Translate global strategies to a local level based on appropriate needs, goals, and objectives
* Provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on health care compliance to all covered employees
* Conduct assessments to detect process gaps and inconsistencies
* Execute a testing & monitoring to assess the effectiveness of the health care compliance program
* Participate in and lead investigations of non-compliance and implement the escalation process for serious allegations
* Support business leaders as a strategic partner in compliance-related matters

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree; advanced degree also preferred
* 7+ years' business, legal, and/or compliance-related experience
* Proven ability to influence business decisions and lead business partners to drive a company-wide compliance program
* Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards for Japan
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
