An international financial technology company is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to support their Tokyo office.Responsibilities:
* Lead daily office operations, supporting both employees and visitors
* Manage multiple facilities and vendor relationships
* Act as the primary line of communication from the Tokyo office to the company's overseas HQ
* Collaborate with a support a variety of functions such as HR, finance/accounting, and legal
* Organize and lead a variety of events
Requirements:
* 5+ years' office/project management experience
* Experience as an executive assistant is a plus
* Experience developing and managing budgets
* Experience supporting facilities/construction projects preferred
* Fluency in both English (TOEIC 900 or equivalent) and Japanese (JLPT N1); proficiency in other languages is a plus
