A worldwide financial services holding company is searching for an HR Employee Relations specialist with a background in financial services.Responsibilities:
* Advise and coach business leaders on employee relations, policy development, grievance resolution and performance management
* Stay informed of changes in Japanese law, policies and legislations pertaining to employee relations
* Consult managers on performance improvement processes
* Conduct annual review of policies and regulatory reporting to comply with requirements
* Prepare audit, arrange employee wellness programs such as Stress Check and Health Steering Group
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in HR or employee relations
* Native level Japanese; advanced proficiency in English
* Solid understanding of workplace legislations and industrial relations framework
* Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry
