- An award-winning luxury resort and entertainment company is looking for an Accounting Manager with good command of English. In this position, you will work closely with the company's Hong Kong-based Global Tax team to supervise the financial operation of the Japan office.

An award-winning luxury resort and entertainment company is looking for an Accounting Manager with good command of English.Responsibilities:
* Handle daily accounts payable function and bookkeeping via ERP
* Prepare and review monthly financial statements under Japan GAAP and prepare US GAAP and IFRS adjustments
* Perform tax accounting for direct and indirect taxes, fluctuation analysis
* Prepare monthly cash-flow forecast, annual budget and forecast
* Manage Japan tax, liaise with Global Tax Team in Hong Kong to come to an agreement on tax strategy and implement their approach in Japan
* Liaise with external auditors on all interim and annual audit and tax matters for local statutory reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* CPA certification or any equivalent qualifications
* 8+ years' experience with audit and accounting, preferably through working for a multinational organization
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
* Competency in Excel and ERP system
* Knowledge of US SOX is a plus
